Remodeling & Finish Work

We’re not a “who-knows-who-shows-up” crew. The same team that estimates your project is the team that delivers it.

  • Clear scope + clear schedule
  • Clean jobsite & respectful work in lived-in homes
  • Finish details that look right up close

Tip: best team photo = bright room, no clutter, both of you in clean work shirts (even if it’s staged).

Quick questions

A few things homeowners usually want to know before reaching out.

Who actually works in my home?
The same HandyHawks team that estimates your project is involved on-site. We don’t hand work off to random crews or subcontract everything out.
Do you take multiple projects at the same time?
Yes, but we limit scheduling to keep timelines realistic. Your project won’t be left idle while we disappear to another job.
Do you provide any kind of warranty?
Yes. Our work is backed by a workmanship warranty. We also follow manufacturer requirements for materials and installation.
How does a project usually start?
It starts with a short request and a few clarifying questions. From there we confirm scope, pricing, and schedule before work begins.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For larger remodels, a few weeks ahead is best. Smaller trim or finish projects may have more flexibility.

Good fit / Not a fit

Great fit if you want:

  • Clean finishing details and a consistent look
  • Clear expectations and professional communication
  • Work done carefully in an occupied home

Not the best fit if you want:

  • The absolute cheapest price (we compete on quality + process)
  • Same-day “rush” remodels without planning
  • Unclear scope — we’ll help define it first
